Top 1 Oil Rider Stevie Bonsey finished in 4th |
Top 1 Oil GP 125 rider Stevie Bonsey finished in 4th place for Sunday's Grand Premio de Portugal. After claiming 2nd position on the grid Stevie got boxed at the start of the race and fell back to 14th position after the end of the 1st lap. With some perserverance and great riding, Stevie worked his way back through the field to finish the race in 4th.
All in all the weekend was very good for the DeGraaf Grand Prix Team with Stevie finishing Sunday's race in 4th and team mate Danny Webb finishing the race in 5th position.
As far as the world championship points go, after Sunday's 4th place finish Stevie moves up to 7th position on total points. Congratulations Stevie!!
